About Mona
Mona M. Nasser, Founder & CEO of Creative Family Support Services (CFSS)
Mona is a certified life coach who received her training at the University of Miami, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her deep involvement with the autism community spans over 25 years, beginning when her daughter Adla was diagnosed. This personal journey has driven her dedication to empower her own family and support others affected by autism and related disabilities. She takes immense pride in her four adult children, who inspired her journey into life coaching. Mona has had the privilege of working with families in sensitive situations that require thoughtful support. Her experiences allow her to assist families in developing personalized educational plans, preparing for life beyond the school system, and creating comprehensive family
care plans that address the lifelong needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. With over a decade of experience as a certified professional crisis management instructor, she has supported organizations in South Florida in developing skills to care
for individuals with high-magnitude behaviors needing specialized care. As a parent of a loved one requiring this level of care, she values organizations that provide top-notch training for staff supporting individuals with such specialized needs.
Inspired by this commitment, I founded Creative Family Support Services with a clear mission: to empower individuals and their families to reach their fullest potential. Through our coaching and consulting services, Creative Family Support Services offers tailored support that meets the unique needs of those we serve.
My extensive experience includes founding and co-facilitating Special GALS, a group for females with special needs, and Creative A.G.E. (Advance, Grow, and Excel), a support network for caregivers of adults with autism and related disabilities. These initiatives reflect my deep understanding of the challenges faced by families within the autism community.

I am an internationally certified life coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) via the University of Miami. In recognition of my dedication and expertise in the autism community, I received the Cruz-Whitehurst Advocacy Award in 2016 from the University of Miami – Nova Southeastern University Center for Autism & Related Disabilities (UM-NSU CARD).
My contributions also include sharing my journey and testimony at notable events and serving as co-chair of the annual Tropical Nights Gala for several years, helping to raise significant funds in support of UM-NSU CARD’s mission. Additionally, I chaired the constituency board for the University of Miami Nova Southeastern Center for Autism and Related Disabilities, which supports families and individuals in the South Florida area. As a guest speaker at the University of Miami and Nova Southeastern University, I discuss managing life using tools and techniques to help nonverbal individuals develop their communication and language skills. My contributions have extended throughout the autism community by connecting with esteemed organizations like the Dan Marino Foundation, the Autism Society of America, and the Lebanese Autism Society, and providing training for members of the local Board of Education.
