Retreats

Our retreats are designed to support neurodiverse individuals, couples, and families as they explore short—term and long-term goals together while adapting to new circumstances. We aim to provide a nurturing environment that helps participants navigate unfamiliar settings while avoiding common conflicts that arise during changes.

Each retreat includes daily check-ins and part-day experiential workshops focused on enhancing connections and developing effective communication skills. These workshops are tailored to improve neurodivergent relationships, especially during transitions and new experiences.

Participants will have the chance to refine social skills and tackle executive function tasks. To prepare, young adults will practice essential skills, such as advocating for their needs and aligning with their caregivers.

Our curriculum is trauma-informed, focusing on emotional regulation, grounding techniques, and expanding the window of tolerance as we address neurodivergence and family dynamics. Participants will also have access to mindfulness practices, yoga, strength training, healthy eating, and dance.
